Finance and Insurance Officer (Part-Time with Peak Period Full-Time Requirement)

We are currently seeking a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Officer to join our team in a flexible part-time capacity, with the opportunity to step into full-time hours during a key peak periods.
About the Role
The Finance & Insurance Officer plays a critical role in the customer journey, helping buyers secure the right financial solutions while enhancing their overall purchase experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Presenting and promoting finance and insurance products to customers
- Assisting customers in structuring tailored finance solutions
- Maximising revenue opportunities through finance, insurance, and aftermarket products
- Ensuring all documentation and processes meet compliance and regulatory standards
- Working closely with the sales team to support deal progression and customer satisfaction
- Delivering a seamless, professional, and customer-focused experience from approval through to settlement
Availability Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following availability:
- Available a minimum of 2 days per week for the remainder of 2026
- Available to work 8:30am – 5:30pm shifts
- Available for some Saturdays as required
- Full-time availability (Monday–Saturday) from August 1 to September 30, 2026 to support a peak trading period
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Is confident presenting financial products and closing opportunities
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Demonstrates integrity and a strong understanding of compliance requirements
- Previous experience in automotive F&I or finance is highly regarded (but not essential for the right candidate)
